We help you to access ongoing EU projects. You can participate in the following ways:

  • In the Open Market Consultations, stakeholders in the respective field are invited to identify the latest state of the art. Their findings are included in the later calls for tender for PCP projects. To this purpose, each PCP project organises several events throughout Europe. 
  • Tenders are published within PCP and PPI projects for the:
    • Provision of R&D services in the PCP project
    • Delivery of innovative products and services in the PPI project

Project HSMonitor

The aim of the PCP project is to develop innovative ICT-enabled monitoring solutions to improve health status and optimise hypertension care. The project addresses the need for more effective management by empowering patients and the healthcare professionals involved in their care.

Interested enterprises and research institutes are invited to take part in the Open Market Consultation at the following venues on the dates listed below:

European Blockchain Pre-Commercial Procurement

The European Commission invites all interested market parties to participate in the open market consultation for its upcoming European Blockchain Pre-Commercial Procurement (PCP). The PCP is looking for novel blockchain solutions for the European Blockchain Service Infrastructure. The open market consultation offers a unique opportunity to provide feedback on the scope of the future PCP and to be involved in and co-create the future development of EU-wide blockchain solutions.

The open market consultation will be organised in English in the form of several activities:

  • Webinar on 14/01/2020, starting at 15h00. Please register here before 12/01/2020 for the webinar.
  • Online questionnaire. Please note: the questionnaire will only be open from 16/01/2020 to 02/03/2020.
  • Open Market Consultation Event in Brussels, Belgium (11/03/2020 postponed, the new timing will be announced as soon as possible)
  • Individual face-to-face meetings with the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium (11/03/2020 postponed, the new timing will be announced as soon as possible)

Call for Tender

PCP for Digital Health and Care Solutions

The Government of Catalonia is looking for German hospitals for the Call SC1-DTH-14-2020: Pre-commercial Procurement for Digital Health and Care Solutions with a deadline of 22.04.2020. The topic of the PCP application is "Quantify risks for fragile elderly persons living with heart failure".

PCP project ARCHIVER

The procurement aims to introduce radical improvements in archiving and digital preservation services, supporting the IT requirements of European scientists and providing end-to-end archival and preservation services for data generated in the context of scientific research projects.

Based on the results of the open market consultation, the Call for Tender was published. The deadline for submission of tenders has been extended to 14 April 2020.

Project RITMOCORE

The PPI Project aims to develop implantable cardiac pacemakers (PM) through the use of ICT solutions. For example, the performance of the devices should be digitally recorded and evaluated.

Based on the results of the open market consultation, the Call for Tender was published. The deadline for submission of tenders is 16 March 2020.

Project LEA

The LEA project aims to speed up awareness and transfer of knowledge on the benefits and tools of innovation procurement to European organisations interested in digital learning technology.

The consortium is looking for public sector representatives interested in innovation procurement or procurement for education departments. Procurers and other stakeholders are invited to sign-up as LEA followers.

The PCP project‘s aim is to develop and validate a cost-effective and interoperable platform that improves the coordination in EU external civilian common security and defence policy missions.

Project THALEA II

The aim of the THALEA project is to improve the treatment of patients with a life-threatening condition through telemedicine and telemonitoring systems for intensive care units. The THALEA II consortium is conducting a market consultation in the form of a web-based survey to prepare the tender procedure. Companies are invited to share their experiences with telemonitoring and telemedicine systems as well as current and future developments.
