The KOINNO Toolbox is a work tool for public procurement. Developed in collaboration with the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, the toolbox offers numerous useful tools, for example: on the subject of procurement procedures, procurement strategy and project management. The Toolbox can be used free of charge.
